1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of city tours (free walking tours and private tours) made via the TrimTeam website.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting a booking through the online form, you make a binding request to participate in a tour.
The booking becomes effective upon confirmation via email or by participating in the tour.
3. Services
TrimTeam offers guided city tours, including:
- Free walking tours (tip-based)
- Private tours

4. Free Walking Tours
Participation in free walking tours is generally free of charge.
Guides work on a voluntary tip basis. The amount of the tip is at the discretion of the participant.
There is no entitlement to a specific level of service or compensation.
5. Private Tours
Private tours are arranged individually.
Details such as price, duration, and content are agreed upon in advance and confirmed separately.
6. Participation Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
- Arriving on time at the meeting point
- Following the guide’s instructions
- Assessing their own physical ability to participate
TrimTeam reserves the right to exclude participants in case of inappropriate behavior.
7. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations are possible at any time.
However, we kindly ask you to cancel in advance if you are unable to attend.
In case of a no-show without notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
8. Changes and Cancellations by the Provider
TrimTeam reserves the right to modify or cancel tours for important reasons, including:
- Bad weather
- Insufficient number of participants
- Unforeseen circumstances
There is no entitlement to the execution of a tour in such cases.
9. Liability
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
TrimTeam is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

11. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
